Adding Phone Numbers

Learn how to add, validate, and manage phone numbers in your SigSpan account.

Step 1: Manage Phone Numbers

Click "Manage Phone Numbers" from your dashboard.

Step 2: Enter Phone Number

Enter the phone number and add a Display Name for easy identification.

Step 3: Consent to SMS Alerts

Consent to receive alerts via SMS from SigSpan.

Step 4: Add & Verify

Click "Add Phone Number" then Verify Phone Number.

Step 5: You’re All Set

Done — your emails pointed to your SigSpan email address are now sending to your verified phone number as an SMS text message. Add up to 500 numbers. Use our On-Call calendar to manage phone number routing.
