Your trial doesn't turn into a paid plan by itself. To keep texting after day 15, add a card or US bank account in the app, or contact us to set up invoice billing. From then on you only pay for the texts you send, at our tiered pricing. If you need more time to evaluate the platform, contact us for a trial extension.
No. SigSpan has zero monthly platform fees, subscription costs, or access charges. You only pay for the text messages you actually send based on our transparent tiered pricing.
Pricing automatically adjusts based on your monthly usage volume. The first 1,000 texts are $0.10 each, messages 1,001-5,000 are $0.07 each, and any messages over 5,000 are $0.05 each. This means higher volume users automatically get better rates.
You're charged automatically each month for the texts you sent in the previous month, using the card or bank account on file. Receipts and invoices are on the Billing & Usage page in the app. If your organization needs to pay by invoice, contact us at admin@sigspan.com to set up invoice billing.

Your alerts keep working for 14 days while you update your payment method. We email you and show a banner in the app. If it's still unpaid after 14 days, text delivery pauses until the balance is paid, then resumes automatically. If a payment fails.
You control that. Alert protection caps how many alerts SigSpan texts per hour or per day (250 per hour by default), and can hold back repeated identical alerts. Alerts over your limit are held back - not texted and not billed - and we email you. How alert protection works.
Yes. Since there are no monthly fees or contracts, you can stop using SigSpan at any time. You'll only pay for the messages you've already sent.
